Mission

We exist for the communities of parents in New York City and New York State who are hit the hardest whenever there is a major economic, societal or structural change in the United States. Our mission is to bring energy and strength to parents by responding to the economic, societal, and structural issues that are affecting their daily lives. Our Vision is that community, businesses, and policy makers synergize to produce an environments where parents feel secure and have the resources needed to support their families.

Resources for Parents

The Resources for Parents program is part of our economic mobility efforts. The program covers resume writing, interviewing skills, and career coaching. The program is intended to help parents with the entering or re-entering the workforce. Upon successful completion parents receive monetary stipends or gift cards from our partner supports to meet basic as individual and for their families. Parents are also connected to our network of business partners who have job openings.
