WE WILL DEVELOP AND DELIVER SEASONAL HERBAL INDIGENOUS MEDICINE AND FOOD BASKETS TO 30 TRIBAL FAMILIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE MENDOCINO COUNTY HEALTH GUILD (MCHG) AND THE MENDOCINO FOOD HUB.WE WILL PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD.WE WILL HOST QUARTERLY SEASONAL GATHERINGS, INVITING LOCAL INDIGENOUS FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHILE DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS AND LEARNING.WE WILL HOST A MONTHLY OR BI-MONTHLY INDIGENOUS MARKET.WE WILL HOST OR SPONSOR EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND TEACHINGS.WE WILL WORK WITH INTERNS TO HELP THEM GAIN PRACTIAL SKILLS.WE WILL INVITE TRIBAL ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERS (TEL) TO CONSULT AND HIRE TRIBAL TEK FARMERS.WE WILL DEVELOP MOUS WITH OTHER INDIGENOUS ORGANIZATIONS TO DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS.WE WILL MAINTAIN RENEGADE ORGANIC FARMING CERTIFICATION.WE WILL PROVIDE OTHER EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND INFORMATION.
