Melanoma Financial Aid Program

We recognize that treatments for metastatic melanoma are expensive. For that reason, we have created a financial assistance program to help offset the costs of those treatments for patients living with metastatic melanoma.

Eligibility Requirements:
In order to be eligible for the financial assistance program you must:
1. Have a diagnosis of metastatic melanoma confirmed by your healthcare provider
2. Be in active treatment for your cancer
3. Live in Michigan
