VP SPEAKS BOOKS, BARBER & BEAUTY

VP SPEAKS Foundation places free mobile bookstands with books in local Barber and Beauty Shops to encourage children and youth to read. Each child in the program receives a stamp card that is punched for every book they read. On the fifth and tenth books, they receive an incentive. The incentive ranges from free meals or snacks from partnering restaurants and free haircuts and styles from partnering barbers and stylists.
