What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Welcoming

When an individual is diagnosed with a specific condition, they and their caregivers frequently face the challenge of navigating the next steps independently. Recognizing this, our organization has established a Welcoming Program designed to guide and support these individuals, their families, and caregivers. This initiative offers a variety of resources, including detailed information about the condition, connections with a global network of families facing similar situations, and a collection of uplifting and inspiring stories shared by members of our community.
