Mission

Our Mission is to champion holistic, culturally sensitive care for melanated mamas and mamas-to-be.In the heart of every birth, there lies a profound magic. It's a force that transcends the physical, weaving together the threads of life, vulnerability, and transformation. This magic is intertwined with extraordinary resilience for Black birthing people as they navigate a landscape rife with unique challenges. "Birthing the Magic" is a beacon of hope in adversity. It stands as a testament to the strength required to bring forth life in a world that often falls short of providing the care and support every mother deserves. Through "Birthing the Magic," we aim to dismantle misconceptions, challenge the status quo, and address the systemic inequities that persist.

Virtual Prenatal Education

Our program, "Birthing Harmony," is a culturally attuned, virtual community specially designed for the melanated community. It provides a warm, inclusive space that celebrates diversity, ensuring everyone feels welcome. From comprehensive prenatal care to postpartum support, our web-based sessions are taught by subject matter experts and offered entirely free of charge. Our program caters to a diverse audience, with 70% being mamas, mamas-to-be, and their families, and the remaining 30% consisting of dedicated care providers such as nurses and physicians. We foster a supportive environment for a holistic and empowering journey through pregnancy and beyond.
