Mission

Sato Heart Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which is run exclusively by volunteers only. We operate for charitable purposes, bring education and awareness to the issues of animal welfare & neglect whom reside on the island of Puerto Rico. Once the dogs are cleared for transported to NH, Sato Heart Rescue works diligently in finding the perfect home for each dog. Giving them a second chance at a beautiful life.

Our goal is to raise more funds for the mission so we can rescue more dogs in 2023 and beyond. Our plans are to create and execute more programs and fundraising efforts through the community and applying for grants.

Annual Fundraising event held in October - First one was held 2018. Was a huge success and we have one scheduled October 5 2019.

To rescue as many dogs as possible with the aid of our community and volunteers. Giving dogs a second chance.

We have a few people working with local companies to host fundraising events at their establishments. We have about 5 events lined up for 2023 already.

We have a large group of volunteers willing to work together to make these events successful.

We've successfully applied for a few grants and have successfully scheduled fundraising events come spring 2023.
