DELMARVA EDUCATION ASSOCIATION OWNS AND OPERATES BROADCAST STATIONS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMS SUPPORTED BY DONATIONS FROM LISTENERS, VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS. FUNDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF OPERATIONAL COSTS MAY BE DONATED TO OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE A RESOURCE FOR PROGRAMMING MATERIALS FOR EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL AND HUMANITARIAN PURPOSES AT THE DIRECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE PRESIDENT.
