CAPABILITIES NATHO SERVES IN: TO EDUCATE THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY ON THE BENEFITS OF TRAVEL HEALTHCARE STAFFING, TO ESTABLISH A SET OF SERVICE STANDARDS AMONG TRAVEL HEALTHCARE COMPANIES, TO SHARE RESOURCES AMONG MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS, TO BE AN ADVOCATE FOR ISSUES CONCERNING THE INDUSTRY, AND AID ALL MEMBERS IN CULTIVATING MARKET GROWTH.THROUGH EXPANDING OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE AND NETWORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY, NATHO'S MEMBERSHIP GREW BY 60% FROM 2022-2023. SUCH EXPANSION IN MEMBERSHIP HAS ALLOWED FOR NATHO TO INVEST IN DIFFERENT PROGRAMS/PARTNERSHIPS THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT MEMBERS. I.E. PARTNERSHIP WITH OPERATION HAPPY NURSE AND GETTING MONTHLY WEBINARS FOR MEMBERS TO ASK QUESTIONS TO THE NURSE ADVISORY BOARD. ADDITIONALLY, PARTNERING WITH SIA TO BUILD OUT A SEPARATE REPORT ON TRAVEL HEALTHCARE TRENDS.BECAUSE OF NATHO'S EXPEDIENTIAL GROWTH, THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE HIRING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BY THE END OF 2023. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WILL ASSIST WITH GIVING DAILY/CURRENT LEGISLATIVE UPDATES TO OUR MEMBERSHIP SO THAT MEMBERS ARE UP TO DATE ON LEGISLATION AND ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE GOVERNMENT.
