Our programs

Community Grants
Island Thrift awards grants for specific projects, events, and new programs on Whidbey Island that support seniors, youth, or quality of life – with a special focus on the local communities served by our thrift store. Grants are funded primarily by the sale of second hand items at our thrift store that were generously donated by the community.
Thrift Store
Offering a convenient way for the community to sustainably donate gently used goods while offering a pleasant and affordable shopping experience.
Scholarships
Island Thrift provides higher education scholarships to students graduating from Oak Harbor High School, as well as nursing students attending Skagit Valley College.
