Mission

The Fargo Moorhead Ballet Company is dedicated to delivering the highest quality dance performances to the communities of Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo and beyond. Our mission extends to providing valuable performance opportunities for FMBallet professional company dancers, local and regional guest artists, as well as area dancers aged 6 through adult, eliminating fees for participation in professional productions. Through these efforts, we aim to share exceptional dance productions, enriching the lives of our community members.

Performance Season

Our performance season includes three major productions, local appearances and performances, and dance festivals in which we not only expand our training, but also perform for other dance companies across the United States. Our season productions include a Halloween inspired production of "Spooky Ballet", our holiday spectacular of "The Classic Nutcracker" performed with a live professional orchestra, and closing our season in the spring with a storybook ballet. We have performed the following storybook ballets in seasons past: Peter Pan (2023), Coppelia (2022, 2012), Wizard of Oz (2017), Alice In Wonderland (2024, 2014), Aladdin (2018), and Sleeping Beauty (2016, 2011) to name a few.
