Wevise Mentorship Platform

Mentorship in any industry provides critical support and insight to students and professionals as they build their career path. In the technology field, it is particularly important as the industry becomes more prominent, more competitive, and more difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, mentorship is disproportionately unavailable to those who need it and could benefit from it the most.

For underrepresented and disadvantaged individuals, where mentorship can help navigate and overcome the additional barriers they often face, it can seem impossible to find someone with the same lived experiences to light the way and show them its possible to succeed.

Through direct programming and partnerships with nonprofit organizations supporting underrepresented and disadvantaged people to enter and advance in the technology industry, we provide access to mentors via a free, on-demand mentorship platform that allows people to request mentorship based on specific needs, interests, and background.
