Access to free vasectomies

Potential clients are navigated to contracted providers through Plan V's website. In clinic, the client will receive (at their request), a vasectomy and all related healthcare. Eligibility requirement is to complete an enrollment form. No paperwork (i.e. proof of insurance, income, citizen) is required. Partner providers invoice Plan V directly, bypassing the clients who receive no bill. Plan V reimburses the providers directly.
