Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
For A Bright Future Scholarship Program
For A Bright Future provides scholarships annually. Students have the opportunity to receive one scholarship a year. They are granted upon assessment of need and university selection. Scholarships are given to students in the S.T.E.M. field, educating our children, the creative arts, single-parent homes, military veterans and their families.
Media Lab Program
For A Bright Future Media Lab is an education program that empowers educators and corporate Technology partners to promote the combination of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and the Arts, in partnership with local school districts. This initiative creates an ecosystem for STEM education and hands-on experience to high school students so they can develop important skills and engagement in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. Upon entering college, the students will have strong experience with the most advanced tools in the media industry. For A Bright Future will manage the program and its execution.
Internship Program
Our internship program is designed to allow students who are enrolled in a qualified University to gain hands-on work experience in their areas of study while also contributing to the mission of the Foundation. You’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to the mission of the Foundation.
Ambassador Program
The ambassador program presents a unique opportunity for high-performing high school and college students to increase their leadership skills by helping the Foundation with its mission to help under-privileged and under-represented students achieve their educational goals.
The primary benefits of becoming an ambassador are:
Developing leadership skills
Sharpening public speaking and organizational skills
Supporting your local community
Adding important work experience to your credentials
Receiving recognition on the Foundation website
Participating in events, when applicable
Possible internship opportunities for top performers
A Foundation Ambassador operates as a volunteer and advocates for the Foundation and its programs.
