Mission

Interior Youth was organized as a wrestling club for the youth in the Fairbanks area Our club also has members from North Pole The club was organized as a way to provide wrestling instruction to youth ages 5 through seniors in high school We compete in state-wide tournaments and also hold one of our own here in Fairbanks every year We provide scholarship opportunities to Fairbanks area youth who wish to participate in sports activities

Season Started February 14, 2008 We practice 4 nights a week Ages 5 and up We had close to 65 members 16 wrestlers went to Mid Valley on 3/8 23 wrestlers went to Cook Inlet on 3/14 23 wrestlers went to Anchorage Free Style on 3/22 25 wrestlers went to Chugach Eagles on 4/5 15 wrestlers went to Tri-Valley on 4/11 8 wrestlers went to Avalanche on 4/26 May 3 we hosted a tournament with close to 200 00
