Landlord/Tenant and Mobile Home Mediation

Population(s) Served

We promote equal access and opportunity in housing choice by providing education on fair housing laws, investigation of housing discrimination complaints, and assistance to individuals who wish to file a complaint.

Population(s) Served

We offer counseling services to sustain homeownership including foreclosure avoidance, financial literacy, reverse mortgage, first-time homebuyer, and information about eligibility for federal or state programs.

Population(s) Served

Using mediation techniques, we offer a flexible, less expensive, and less time-consuming way to resolve small claims, unlawful detainers, and civil and family law disputes outside of the courtroom.
