Bluebird Legacy fosters learning and academic excellence by working with scientists, educators, and nature enthusiasts in order to restore songbirds and their habitat. We strive to create a sustainable, fulfilling, and academically enriched environment for our community and science.

Earth Day & Bluebirds

We explored outside our doors, looking for any songbird activity, checked on our nearby nest boxes, cleaned them out, if necessary, and got ready to welcome back Wisconsin's migratory cavity nesting songbirds. We demonstrate the magic in citizen science through our collaboration with NestWatch and Bluebird Restoration Association of Wisconsin.
