Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We are completing training in counseling, secured mentoring certification. We are moving toward a full time exposure to First Responders and Families. We want to build solid relationships within families, reduce the divorce rate an incidents of domestic violence.

We intend to interact with agencies and individual responders, either in-person or via Skype. I am completing my Master's Degree in Christian Counseling, with Certification. We will travel to Departments in crisis, following a tragedy, to provide longer term care after the incident. We will engage in developing trained First Responder Chaplains, instruct resiliency to help responders cope with the issues they face. Interact with their families and use our 35+ years of First Responder experience and our 23+ years of successful marriage to help them be as successful.

Effective September 1, 2018, we will be available for full-time ministry and travel. We are developing training for successful First Responder marriages and have accurate testing to gauge the quality of the marriage and be able to address issues. Upon completion of my Master's Degree I will be a certified Christian Counselor.

We have the ability to travel wherever need to conduct seminars, interventions and post incident pastoral care and counseling. Assist local pastors in addressing issues, assist department heads in developing or bettering their Chaplain programs.

We have completed our Marriage Mentoring Certification, SYMBIS Relationship Facilitator training, Extensive Chaplain's Training, Developed our ordination process, secured our IRS Exemption, Florida Sales Tax Exemption, begun development of curriculum for the marriage encounters.

Our Logo and website are completed. We are operational on our website and on our Facebook page.

Our next development process for 2021 is to begin a video channel on You Tube and podcast

  • We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
Policies and processes
  • We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
