The Calypso Head Start Program

The Calypso Head Start Program is designed to give each horse we work with the very best chance for a successful transitional career.

Each horse in our program will receive the following:

-Top-notch training on the ground and under saddle. (minimum 60 days)

-Complete head-to-toe makeover including clipping, farrier work, veterinary checkup and treatment, mane pulling, and extensive grooming.

-Professional photography and videography.

-Controlled and safe exposure to show ground activity, balloons, dogs, other horses, cars/traffic, trail riding, arena riding, jumps, water, bathing, clipping, trailer loading etc.

-Invaluable, honest insight into the temperament, training and future potential of the horse as a competitive mount or family horse.
