CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A SERIES OF EVENTS WHICH HELP TO PROMOTE AND PERPETUATE JAPANESE CULTURE. THE EVENTS OF THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL INCLUDE PUBLIC APPEARANCES BY THE QUEEN PAGEANT CONTESTANTS AT VARIOUS SHOPPING CENTERS AROUND THE STATE, A FASHION SHOW, A GOLF TOURNAMENT AND THE FESTIVAL BALL.
