Get a Platinum Seal
Summary
- Share your organization’s goals and strategies.
- Provide metrics to show your impact.
Step 1
Use your annual report or prior grant applications to quickly share your organization’s goals and strategies
Show donors you’re a well-matched grantee. Potential donors rely on your self-reported information to ensure your organization is a good fit for their funding priorities.
Simply upload your organization’s most recent Strategic Plan in the Additional Documents section to share this information with funders. Don’t have a strategic plan? Leverage the goals, strategies, and progress information you already have in your annual report, board briefings, or prior grant applications.

Step 2
Give potential donors the full picture; show them your impact to fast-track your funding
Now is your time to shine—show funders how you’re impacting your community. Although your metrics may differ, some frequently shared examples are:
- Number of donors or volunteers
- Total dollar amount of scholarships awarded
- Area of land (in hectares) under sustainable cultivation
- Number of animals rehabilitated

Pro tip: You can lift this from the mission-related metrics you provide to your Board.
At least one recent metric is required to earn a Platinum Seal.
