Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Supporting the residents of Maine in becoming healthy, vibrant community is a responsibility that Central Maine Healthcare and Bridgton Hospital take very seriously. We provide exceptional healthcare in a safe and trusting environment through expertise, commitment and compassion of our team of caregivers. We also recognize that our responsibility also includes connecting with our community and helping community members feel empowered to improve their own health and the health of others. This means stepping outside of our hospitals and practices to listen, collaborate and plan with a diverse set of patients, local businesses, municipal leaders, youth and populations not typically engaged in healthcare.

The Maine CHNA (SACHNA) is a dynamic public-private partnership that creates shared Community Health Needs Assessment reports, engages and activated communities, and supports data-driven health improvements for Maine people.
