Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

As a Christian Hedonism publishing platform, persuaded by the indispensable biblical reality that God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him, we exist
—to move people to live for the glory of God,
—by helping them be satisfied in God above all else, especially in their suffering,
—by communicating the truth, and beauty, and worth of all God is for us in Christ,
—grounded in, governed by, and saturated with the infallible Christian Scriptures.

As a Christian Hedonism publishing platform, our teaching strategy is to deploy a team of Teachers to produce new resources.

To formulate the Strategic Plan, we:

1) Define the teaching strategy for the year by asking: “In light of the progress we want to make toward our Ten-Year Vision, what teaching opportunities do we want our Senior Teachers and Teachers to pursue this fiscal year?”
2) Allocate resources and assign budget in order to execute the agreed upon strategy through the Product and Spreading teams.
3) Allocate resources and assign budget in order to fund and support the strategy through the Donor Partnership and Administration teams.

Progress is measured through monthly updates, including financial snapshot, web traffic reporting, product reporting, calendar milestones, and constituent feedback. Internal goals and milestones for organizational teams are based on a monthly cycle with regular, all-staff reporting.
