our mission is to be a hub in New Hampshire that compliments existing services and fosters ongoing community engagement by providing programs and activities that support the independence, health and well-being of active adults aged fifty and older.

Exercise Classes

We offer a range of exercise classes from yoga to cardio to tai chi. Some classes are free like gentle yoga and Stretch & Strenghten, while others are low-cost ($50 for 8 weeks). We also provide classes for all fitness levels.

We provide art classes like pastels and zentangle. We have also partnered with our local technical institute to provide classes taught by professors on watercolors, acrylics, colored pencils and many more.

We offer a variety of educational programming, most of which are free to our participants. For example nutritional classes, lunch & learns on health topics from doctors or psychologists, trusts and estates presentation from local lawyers etc.
