Training

Out & Equal Workplace Advocates offers diversity training, educational resources and consulting services to senior management, human resources professionals, employee resource groups and individual employees to promote Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality. Our programs are designed and tailored for a wide variety of audiences including corporations, mid/small businesses, educational institutions, faith communities, governmental agencies, community groups and nonprofit organizations.

Out & Equal aims to educate employers on how to engage and support their LGBTQ employees. We work towards establishing a space for companies and individuals to gather and share what is and isn't working in their workplace. Out & Equal strives for a diverse workplace with equality for everyone.

Out & Equal hosts events throughout the year for LGBTQ employers and employees to learn from workshops, panels, trainings, and webinars about best practices in the workplace.

Out & Equal is supported through company sponsorship, individual donors, and grants for specific initiatives such as research or general funding.

We have helped hundreds of companies directly and hundreds of thousands of employees and leaders make positive change in their companies, through the largest and most prominent LGBTQ event in the world, regional and global forums, trainings, webinars, a digital hub for sharing resources and much more.
