An open, community-based coalition, dependent upon the commitment and cooperation of interested individuals and organizations volunteering there time and energy to promote collaboration on behalf of, and with, Raymond youth. We actively involve, recruit, engage, educate and empower youth voice to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, families and the community.
