Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
By fully funding all the programs and needs of CCA the foundation aims to enrich the lives of every student every day.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The CCA Foundation's strategy is to support all of the programs of CCA by providing the funding needed to bring educational and enrichment opportunities to the students.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
The foundation is staffed with a full time executive director and 2 part time support staff. In addition, the foundation has a large volunteer board dedicating their time and talents in executing and achieving the fundraising goals. Along with the staff and volunteer board, there is a vast group of parents and the community as a whole that support the foundations efforts in focusing on the students and the quality of their high school experience.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Currently we have been able to fully fund the programs that contribute to the success of every student every day at CCA.
However it is our goal to obtain participation from all of the parents in supporting the foundation, that is to say we hope we will someday achieve 100% participation from all the parents whose child attends CCA.
