Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Age affordably. Live well.

Our residents can step out the doors of their own apartments and find friendship, community, physical and intellectual stimulation, a helping hand day or night — all the things that allow older adults to live a full life of purpose and connection. Since 1965, we have been leading the way in providing homes where no senior need ever be alone, with a laser-sharp focus on affordability. Today, with loneliness and social isolation identified as one of our country's biggest public health threats — leadings to increased risk for heart attacks, stroke, and dementia — it is clear that our model of "aging in community" is incredibly effective when it comes to healthy aging.
