What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

A+ currently operates a pilot Empowerment Center in Lowell, MA, known as New Beginnings, that is open to any adult regardless of Age, Race, Nationality, Disability, Income, or Location, and serves between 70-100 people a week. The center is open 5 days a week to accommodate most any schedule. The center has a self-paced computer training program that is very popular and is supplemented by one and two part-seminars and tutoring sessions. In addition to this we make referrals to outside resources through MVHUB.com, an online community resource guide in which A+ created in colaboration with a number of other community based organizations
