New England Brass Band

New England's Premier British Brass Band

aka N.E.B.B.   |   Groton, MA   |  http://www.newenglandbrassband.org

Mission

Formed in the late 80's, the New England Brass Band is entirely volunteer run and has a mission to bring the world of British Brass music to our community. Under the leadership of our director, Stephen Bulla, we are dedicated to improving our musicianship and expanding our audience. We annually perform 7 - 8 concerts to bring the tradition of British Brass to the general public. Concerts include educational performances and clinics for high schools in the New England area. We also consider fee waiver for worthy causes.

Notes from the nonprofit

The Financial Status of the NEBB changed significantly between FY2017 and FY2018 due to an aggressive concert recruitment, grant writing, and social media campaign. Our primary source of revenue (concerts) went from 6 in FY2017 to 17 in FY2018, bringing the NEBB to a new level of activity and reach throughout New England.

While the year end FY2018 financial summary is available, the 990-EZ and State of MA Form-PC have not yet been completed, though they are in process and should be completed by Oct. 15, 2018.
