Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The Practice of Living Awareness
The Practice of Living Awareness is a 14-step guided meditation program designed for every level of practitioner, from beginner to advanced. The practice is online and always free. Each step is simple and builds upon the one before. We offer twenty-minute live meditations seven days a week. Each week explores a new step of the practice. Three days of the week are dedicated to those just beginning to learn the practice, three days are focused on deeper meditations, and on the seventh day we offer a world service meditation for the well-being of humanity as a whole.
Conscious Living Programs
Our educational programs are designed to move you into ever wider and deeper explorations of consciousness and life. The goal of Spirit Fire is world-wide awareness. This is accomplished as each person finds the methods - practical, philosophical, or spiritual - that excite the mind and deliver experiences that brings them closer to their own unique expression. Spirit Fire's educational mandate shares the same goal as its meditation practice: improving your every day awareness and well-being.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Spirit Fire is an educational non-profit whose mission is to cultivate spirituality and educate people on the importance of consciousness in their everyday lives.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The Practice of Living Awareness, Spirit Fire's meditation practice began reaching people via the internet over 5 years ago. Since then we've seen online meditation become a universal trend. Why, because meditation works and building a global community is at the forefront of everyone's mind. Spirit Fire is committed to continuing this endeavor. Our Retreat Center :Our retreat center in Leyden, Massachusetts continues to evolve and support our mission in many ways. Our focus is on creating an atmosphere which allows the human spirit to thrive. With kindness around every corner; delicious and creative menus that meet the needs of any and every diet; a peaceful atmosphere that fosters mindfulness; and beautiful spaces, both indoor and out, we are seeing the results. We recently added an art barn to the property as a way of incorporating artistic and creative expression into programming.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Spirit Fire is uniquely leveraged to accomplish its mission. We are continually finding creative ways to ensure that those associated are being educated on how to bring consciousness into their everyday life.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our focus is on expanding our meditation, retreat, and class offerings. We are actively working with partners and co-creators to enhance our current offerings.
