Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Empowerment
To effect change in the lives of the program participants, helping the participants achieve their goals by providing the knowledge and support necessary to help them overcome the challenges and obstacles that were previously a hindrance.
Homebuyer Education
Making informed choices remains paramount to successful homeownership. Our homebuyer education program includes understanding financing programs and informed property selection. Completion of this educational program satifys the criteria for most down payment assistance programs
Homeownership Retention
Unfortunately, circumstances arise to place homeownership at risk. Our experienced and certified counselors help the homeowner prepare the documents required for loan modiciations, mediation, deed-in-lieus and/or short sales. Unfortunately funding for this program has been eliminated but the need is still very prevalent.
Financial Literacy
Financial Literacy is the ability to understand finances especially as it relates to one's personal money management
Reverse Mortgages
HECMS (Home Equity Conversion Mortgages) more commonly known as Reverse Mortgages are a special mortgage available to senior 62 and older. Trinity provides the mandatory counseling in person or over the phone.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To continue to create more homeowners, to help existing homeowners retain ownership and to empower community residents in the area of financial capacity which includes money management, savings and credit.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We will continue to offer education, counseling and one-on-one individualized coaching to make this happen.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our staff is very experienced in the areas in which we focus which explains our success rate. Our biggest limitation is the ability to secure funding and space to implement our programs on a larger scale.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have accomplished our goals to date with the biggest challenges related to our ability to offer services to more participants.
