Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

These priorities incorporate the expectation that we will continually refine our culture, incorporating our ministry, our history and our vision into the expressed purposes of our Mission: to provide hope and healing for young people and families in a Christian environment

• Develop new program models;
• Diversify revenue streams;
• Maximize physical environments and human resource development to support mission;
• Strengthen fund raising capabilities; and
• Fulfill our mission to serve children and families in need.

We will pursue growth in residential, educational and community programs to include satellite operations for current services and specialization/ expansion of services to adults and special needs clients; Continue to refine our programs and develop superior expertise in the treatment and transitions of youth with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as adults; Develop new service lines suited to the innovation of best treatment practice models; Pursue excellence in service outcomes and communicate our activities to all stakeholders; Market services to other agencies when outcomes are transferable; Extend our brand through the expansion/specialization of educational and residential services; Grow our endowment by increasing benefits from our assets; Put our assets to best use in support of new ventures; Construct/renovate new space that is safe, state of the art, client centered and integrated with our treatment philosophy.
