The IPA is dedicated to supporting people with paruresis; providing information, recovery strategies and advocating in the mental health, medical and legal communities.


Areas of Focus:

Developing educational materials and programs to support people suffering from paruresis
Providing connections to paruresis specialists in the urological and mental health communities
Expanding support groups around the world, especially for women with paruresis
Leveling the playing field for drug testing to provide alternatives to urine: Blood, Hair, Saliva

A board and advisory board that includes world-renowned paruresis experts.
