Program 1
PUBLIC PROGRAMS: BOTH ONSITE AND VIRTUAL, INCLUDES LECTURES, WORKSHOPS, CONCERTS, SEMINARS, PERFORMANCES AND PRESENTATIONS TO VISITORS ON A REGULAR BASIS AS WELL AS WORK WITH UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY GROUPS TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS OF SIGNIFICANT INTEREST TO THOSE COMMUNITIES AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO THEM. ALSO INCLUDES ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS NECESSARY TO OPERATE THE MUSEUM'S PROGRAMS ON A 7-DAY-A-WEEK BASIS INCLUDING MAINTENANCE OF EXHIBITIONS, SECURITY OF EXHIBITIONS AND COLLECTIONS, AND VISITOR SERVICES, TOGETHER WITH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE UPGRADE AND EXPANSION OF GALLERIES AND PROGRAM FACILITIES.
Program 2
EXHIBITIONS & CURATORIAL: EXHIBIT, INTERPRET AND RESEARCH COLLECTIONS INCLUDING ART AND HISTORICAL OBJECTS. MAINTAIN, INTERPRET, RESEARCH GLENVIEW, 1876 HOUSE LISTED ON NATIONAL HISTORIC REGISTER. DEVELOPED AND PRESENTED SPECIAL EXHIBITIONS INCLUDING CYCLES OF NATURE: HIGHLIGHTS FROM HRM AND ART BRIDGES; COLLECTION SPOTLIGHT: TRADING CARDS IN THE MUSEUM'S COLLECTION; COLLECTION SPOTLIGHT: WOMEN PHOTOGRAPHERS; COLLECTION SPOTLIGHT: LATE TWENTIETH CENTURY ART; CYCLES OF NATURE: HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE COLLECTIONS OF THE HRM AND ART BRIDGES; FEDERICO URIBE: PLASTIC REEF; MATRIX: PRINTS BY WOMEN ARTISTS, 1960-1990; FREDERICK J BROWN: A DRAWING IN FIVE PARTS; ORDER / REORDER: EXPERIMENTS WITH COLLECTIONS; THE BIERSTADT BROTHERS: PAINTING AND PHOTOGRAPHY; SEONGMIN AHN: ITS INSIDE IS BIGGER THAN ITS OUTSIDE.
Program 3
EDUCATION: DEVELOPS PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR ALL AGES INCLUDING K-12 SCHOOL CHILDREN AND COLLEGE STUDENTS (IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY). DEVELOPS AND PRESENTS PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS. WORKS CLOSELY WITH PARTNER SCHOOLS TO DEVELOP CURRICULUM WITH THE SCHOOLS. MAINTAINS A JUNIOR DOCENT PROGRAM, A DEDICATED LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT FOCUSES ON SKILL DEVELOPMENT, COLLEGE READINESS, AND INCLUDES MENTORSHIPS AT THE MUSEUM.
