JOIN Israel enlists NGOs, agencies, communities and beneficiaries in synergistic partnerships to solve neglected problems in Israel and eliminate inefficiencies. JOIN Israel rescues people who are hopelessly stuck in intolerable situations – inferior education and sub-literacy, youth at risk, families at risk, impoverished elderly, and legal and financial quagmires – and restores them to self-sufficiency.

Notes from the Nonprofit

Do you feel frustrated - so many people suffering, never-ending problems, so many organizations? Do you wonder how much your donation can really do, anyway?

We at JOIN Israel also feel frustrated by the never-ending deluge of problems and suffering. We are also concerned about how much we can possibly solve.

So for more than 20 years, we have been developing and perfecting strategies to hyper-stretch our resources and create the biggest possible impacts. JOIN Israel uses what is already available – programs, facilities, manpower, organizations, community and client participation – to avoid duplication and waste, and be able to solve many more problems.

JOIN Israel catalyzes strategic partnerships to remove obstacles and restore self-sufficiency and success.

We aim to rescue people who are stuck in intolerable situations or are denied a robust education, who have nowhere else to turn. We aim to accomplish this efficiently through collaboration, resource renewal, and by employing leveraging models that maximize the impact of our finite resources.

JOIN Israel primarily accomplishes its goals through strategic partnerships that match strengths and resources, and avoid duplication and waste. We resolve educational gaps through partnerships with schools and universities, and welfare gaps through partnerships with government agencies and relevant charities. We aim to create new solutions by "JOINing" other non-profits and organizations, the larger community, and the clients themselves in new, synergistic ways.

JOIN Israel is uniquely built for collaboration. Flexible and non-territorial, we focus on results rather than recognition. We excel in enlisting optimal partners, and assume whatever role the partnership requires of us.

Educationally, JOIN Israel monitors the academic accomplishments and motivational levels of students in the two dozen educational institutions that we work with. Assistance to most-needy elderly works on the prioritization of municipal social workers, who have full access to client profiles and a citywide view of resources and needs.

Overall, JOIN Israel looks to formulate new partnerships that effectively resolve additional strangleholds and restore self-sufficiency.

JOIN Israel has created and maintains 100 partnerships to address the 9 project areas we tackle. We are proud of greatly outsized impacts – much deeper and broader than a moderately sized organization should hope to accomplish. We are proud that we resolve issues that would not have been addressed otherwise and tap resources that would have lain fallow in pursuit of our mission. We have become an inspiring model of progressive collaboration for other organizations that we work with.

We have a new Young Leadership Board running biannual events and an opportunity to make significant social impact from their hyper-busy career-building lives.

We have a long road forward to attain the financial support required for our present projects and allow further growth. We aim to share our unique model with other organizations and philanthropists.
