Primary Care
Our Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and primary care clinics serve more than 12,000 patients every year, providing integrated, culturally-responsive care to individuals of all ages.
Behavioral Health and Addiction Services
Our Behavioral Care and Addiction Programs include Outpatient Mental Health Services, Outpatient Substance Use Services, Detox & Rehab, and Residential Care.
Housing
Acacia Network and our affiliates develop, operate, and manage a robust portfolio of Affordable & Supportive Housing across New York State and Puerto Rico, serving low-income and vulnerable households.
Homeless Services
Acacia Network is a leading provider of transitional housing in New York City, serving thousands of individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Older Adults Services
Acacia Network and our affiliates serve more than 5,000 older adults ages 60 and older through our Older Adults Centers in Manhattan, The Bronx, and Queens in NYC, as well as Buffalo in Upstate New York.
Education and Youth
Our Early Childhood, Afterschool, and School-Based Programs serve thousands of students from preschool through high school.
Workforce Development
Our affiliate, Seedco, connects thousands of individuals to employment opportunities, workforce development, training, and public benefits access programs.
Arts and Culture
Our affiliate, Loisaida, Inc., provides year-round arts programming to diverse audiences across the City, and produces the annual Loisaida Festival.
