What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Peace Support - Facilitating and Supporting Peace Initiatives

Through our peace support programs we work with local and international partners to support dialogue and peacebuilding efforts. Our network of advisors (both volunteers and paid) accompany local actors in the development and support of nationally led peace and dialogue processes, providing technical assistance, helping mobilize resources, assisting knowledge sharing and exchanges among parties, and providing direct grants for key initiatives, often in support of children affected by conflict.

Population(s) Served

We work to improve the practice of peacebuilding, build greater understanding of the needs of peacebuilders globally, and to enhance understanding and support for the those most affected by conflict worldwide. In our efforts to support improved practice, much of our work globally emphasizes research, the ongoing development of knowledge sharing platforms, as well as sponsoring and participating in exchanges among stakeholders and advisers involved with formal and nonformal dialogues. We also collaborate with institutions and individuals to support educational efforts among policymakers and the general public.
