MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY TASK FORCE ON DIVERSITY IN HEALTHCARE LEADERSHIP OF THE GREATER NEW YORK HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION AND THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON SENIOR MANAGEMENT. ESTABLISHED THE HOSPITAL TRUSTEE ADVISORY COUNCIL. ESTABLISHED THE DISTINGUISHED LECTURER SERIES AND IMPLEMENTED ONGOING EDUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FEATURING EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANTS, GOVERNMENT AND COMMUITY LEADERS. MEMBER OF STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL HISPANIC HEALTH PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP NETWORK REPRESENTING THE 25 LEADING LATINO PRESIDENTSOF HEALTH PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND MEDICAL SOCIETIES.
