Childhood Development Services

CPC’s Childhood Development Services provides culturally competent, linguistically accessible child care and afterschool services that meet the developmental needs of children ages 1-5 and school-aged children in grades K-5, including English language learners and children with special needs. Between our six early childhood centers and eleven afterschool programs, we serve more than 1,800 children from low-income families across three boroughs, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

CPC’s Education and Career Services empowers young people as capable, socially engaged leaders of tomorrow and equips adults of all ages with in-demand job skills, English literacy, and professional guidance in preparation for satisfying and rewarding careers with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

CPC’s Community Services promotes wellness among low-income households by providing holistic case management and access to resources that facilitate economic advancement. Three walk-in community service centers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens provide comprehensive multi-social services for low-income residents and non-English speaking immigrants in predominantly Chinese neighborhoods.
