Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our main goals are to provide quality programming and exposure to nature so that people have a heightened appreciation and nature ethic in order to help preserve our natural world.

43 species of live animals on display in a museum setting, 9 miles of hiking trails, ponds and programming, on and off site.

We have a dedicated staff of 7, most of whom have environmental science or biology degrees, and over 150 active volunteers, all of which have a passion for what we do, which makes us able to do more than your average small staff at a small non-profit in a rural setting.

We are still working on growing our impact even more, including increasing summer camps, rentals and education to at-risk groups.
