University of IL - Extension Six Week Nutrition Workshop

Nutritional Workshop is designed for Families with children in the household 18 and younger.  Program will teach participants how to shop, plan and save when purchasing food, the value of colored vegetables, why whole grain is important to your health, how to build strong bones, the different meat groups and their value and Nutrition Education and Cooking Skills.
