Year Round Volunteering
The insurance industry is dedicated to assisting people in times of need. As such, the industry is uniquely suited to be a philanthropic leader, adapting its skill-set to charitable endeavors. One important way we do this is through volunteering in our local communities.
IICF offers year-round volunteering, both virtual and in-person, for greater community involvement and impact. By partnering with national and local nonprofit organizations, IICF volunteers can give back to the communities where they live and work in consistent and meaningful ways.
Volunteer resources and service project resources are available here on this site, creating a turnkey experience for organizing volunteer projects within your companies.
Week of Giving
IICF invites insurance professionals to make an impact in their local community as volunteers during Week of Giving. As the largest ongoing volunteer initiative in the insurance industry, IICF Week of Giving unites thousands of insurance professionals in celebration of industry volunteerism as together we serve the communities where we live and work.
Volunteer as part of a company team or as an individual; all are welcome to participate in the insurance industry's largest annual volunteer initiative. Together, we can make a difference!
IICF Children's Relief Fund
Funds raised through the IICF Children’s Relief Fund help support children at risk of food insecurity.
Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund
IICF stands with the world and our industry in calling for peace in Ukraine. With humanitarian efforts underway to address the staggering number of refugees fleeing the violence, mostly women, children, and the elderly, IICF will join with our industry and many other companies and individuals throughout the world in this humanitarian support through the IICF: Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund. Proceeds benefit the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Save the Children (Children’s Emergency Fund), BeHumanKindness and CARE (Ukrainian Crisis Fund). These nonprofit organizations are delivering immediate assistance in the region to the women, children, and families made refugees by this war.
IICF Inclusion in Insurance Forum
The IICF International Inclusion in Insurance Forum delivers an impactful and action-oriented program with respected insurance leaders and other innovators from around the globe addressing the advancement of an inclusive future for the industry.

This unique 4-week exercise challenge is designed to raise vital funds for vulnerable children and communities while getting fit and healthy!
IICF Talent Hub
The IICF Talent HubTM is an online resource center for non-traditional job seekers to learn about insurance industry jobs and career opportunities.
The IICF Talent Hub was created to help Job Seekers learn about opportunities in the insurance industry and for the Insurance Industry (Carriers, Reinsurers, Brokers, Agents and More) to reach a new and diverse talent pool. Together we can continue to shape a fully inclusive future for the insurance industry.
