Better Leaders Equal Stronger Communities
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We believe that better leaders equal stronger communities. Through our core services of connecting, consulting, coaching, and caring we live out that belief by serving ministry, non-profit, and business leaders.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Souly Business meetings and retreats
A monthly gathering and semi-annual retreat of Christian business leaders to connect them to their Heavenly Father ano each other
The Church Mobilization Network
A program designed to assist Churches in mobilizing their parishioners into acts of service through community organizations.
Trinity Grace Farm
Trinity Grace Farm is a 30-acre outdoor venue for partners of Summit Leadership to use for their programming. Its primary purpose is to serve organizations working with children and families with special needs. It was named in honor of the property donor's precious granddaughter, Trinity Grace, who has Down syndrome.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To raise our region's leadership capacity by being a relational hub for those leaders needing help connecting to the right people and the right resources. We help organizations go further faster than they could alone by breaking down silos and getting people with a shared passion at the table together. Through leadership coaching and consulting, we enable organizations to create cultures that allow individuals to thrive by leveraging their unique gifts, talents, experience, and passions to further the mission. We do all this as an openly faith-based non-profit but do not make that a partnership requirement. Instead, we require values to match our partnering organizations, looking for things to unite around and not divide over.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We partner with 200 organizations in eight platforms of influence; Non-profit, Church, Business, Arts, Media, Government, Education, and Volunteer Force. Through our partners in these areas of influence, we can address every area of need in our community; at-risk youth, food insecure, homeless, unemployed, etc. We serve those who serve the community. Through strategic planning, incubation, board development, leadership training, counseling services, and many other services, we can help organizations have more significant influence and impact than they ever could alone.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a very knowledgeable and experienced staff that helps make this possible. We also leverage a vast network of resources in our community. We believe in the power of connecting (if we don't know, we know someone who knows someone who does).
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since our founding in 2004, we have served thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations. We have incubated many successful non-profits and seen their impact and influence grow over the years. Every year we serve more than the previous year and have seen God honor and bless our commitment to serving. Our vision is to expand the Summit model to other communities, and to do this will require dedicated funding and intentional relationships in new markets.
