What we aim to solve

St. Helena Hospital Foundation, in partnership with Adventist Health St. Helena, is working to ensure that Napa County has access to the highest level of care possible. Most people know the Napa Valley as one of the worlds premier wine growing regions. What many people don't realize, is that Napa County is a largely rural and agricultural county, and that access to care issues exist across the whole county. We seek to help remove barriers for everyone in the communities we serve.

To help attract world-class physicians and bring leading edge medical technology and programs to the Napa Valley to improve the health and wellness of our rural communities.

* Targeted investments in innovative medical programs and technology at Adventist Health St. Helena. Programs and technology often found only in large cities. * Partnerships with other like minded organizations to meet the health needs of the communities Adventist Health St. Helena serves. * Support for innovative methods for improving the patient experience at Adventist Health St. Helena.

St. Helena Hospital Foundation is uniquely positioned to help meet the healthcare needs of our Napa County communities, and surrounding counties. Supporters to the St. Helena Hospital Foundation see their gifts/investments at work across every area of Adventist Health St. Helena and we invite you to partner with us.

Progress is measured in part by the impact we have on our community. Part of that is measure when a community member no longer needs to travel long distances to the San Francisco bay area to access the medical services and treatment/s they need. That the finest medical care is available is right here, in their own community.

St. Helena Hospital Foundation provides targeted investments that has allowed Adventist Health St. Helena to become a regional destination for the highest quality care. Through our support of the Martin-O'Neil Cancer center, the most complete and comprehensive approach to cancer care north of San Francisco, we have served patients from 30 states in our first ten years of this program. With generous support of the Adventist Heart and Vascular Institute, we continue to attract top cardiologists and cardio-thoracic surgeons who treat patients from across the West Coast. With community partnerships and generous support, our Mobile Health program will visit vineyard and farm workers in the fields, to preemptively identify serious health risks and refer them for appropriate care. In short, our strategy is to use the power of generosity and philanthropy to make a difference in the health and wellness of our communities.
