During 2018 the Organization participated in several amicus briefs, including CREW v Trump (SDNY), DC v Trump jD Md), and CFPB v All-Amencan Check Cashing The Organization engaged in significant education and media efforts regarding the Supreme Court vacancy and Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation process, Justice Gorsuch's first full term, and other major Supreme Court cases including Gill v Whitford, Masterpiece CakeshojD v Colorado Civil Rights Commission, Janus v AFSCME, South Dakota v Wayfair
