We publish 8 quarterly bulletins devoted to different aspects of the medication cycle: Pharmacovigilance; Prescription, Pharmacy and Utilization; Economy, Access and Prices; Intellectual Property; Ethics and Law, Regulatory Agencies; Policies; Clinical Trials

  • Who are the people you serve with your mission?

    Anyone with access to Internet. We have 4.200+ subscribers but the information is accessible without a subscription. We target health professionals, policy-makers, ethicists. We know that university professors use our services, regulatory agencies, journalists and health care professionals. The general public also access our webpage. We use social media, and receive feedback regularly form our readers. We are members of broad networks and are continuously in touch with our clients and partners.

    To identify bright spots and enhance positive service experiences, To inform the development of new programs/projects, To strengthen relationships with the people we serve, To understand people's needs and how we can help them achieve their goals,

  • What significant change resulted from feedback?

    We adapted teh webpage so that it can be read on phones and tablets. We divided two of the bulletins, to make then shorter. We improved the readability of the Table of Contents. We have also developed a research project to respond to Covid, and have made 6-7 presentations in Conferences, Universities and different forums
