Mission

The mission of the Concord Conservatory of Music is to foster a sense of community through music by providing accessible, high-quality music education and performance opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.

Notes from the nonprofit

Every music learner is different and comes to the journey with a different background, strengths, and goals. The Concord Conservatory of Music honors those differences and strives to be sensitive and responsive to them. As part of our mission to make music education accessible to all, we welcome opportunities to build educational and performance experiences that create new relationships. Through these opportunities, we strive to strengthen well-being, build social bonds, and actively involve all members of our community in dynamic music-making.

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Music Education

Whether young or older, approaching music study for the first time or revisiting a love from long ago, students will find at CCM a positive outlet for their creativity and their energy. We take students’ interest seriously and strive to help them grow as people who understand and appreciate music—and love to play.

Every music learner is different and comes to the journey with a different background, strengths, and goals. The Concord Conservatory of Music honors those differences and strives to be sensitive and responsive to them.

At the same time, we believe that in order to thrive as independent, creative musicians, all students need a set of Foundational Skills that deepen and personalize their connection to the music they hear and play.
