What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?

How will they know if they are making progress?

What have and haven't they accomplished so far?

Seeking to eliminate personal economic isolation.

We have blended high-tech with high touch by developing applications and programs that allow people to pool money together with those that they know and share with those they care about.

We have a robust application that allows groups of people to pool money together, present opportunities to help those that they care about, discuss/decide together how to best help, and provide the gift to the recipient.

We use the following key performance indicators to measure our progress

Benevolence Impact – (What are the real world impacts?)
1. # of Request
2. # of Gifts Given
3. # of $ Given
4. # of time spent
5. # of relationships forged

Reach (How many people are we reaching?)
1. Website Page Views
2. Email Opens
3. Facebook & Twitter Follower
4. News/Mentions
5. Writing/Speaking/Events

Member Acquisition – (How big is the base?)
1. Site Registration
2. Event Participants
3. Active Participants
4. Active Groups
5. Partners

Member Engagement – (Are people interested and participating?)
1. Contribution to GD, GF, & CC
2. Volunteers
3. Activists
4. Event Participants
5. Turn-Time on Requests

Common Change has become the leader in collaborative giving with a fully functional application that allows members to pool money together and share with people they care about.

Generosity Dinners incorporates collaborative giving into a face-to-face event that is utilized by small groups of friends, corporate gatherings, neighborhood groups, and congregations.

In addition, we have a IOS application that allows members to lend and borrow items from one another. our plans include supporting members to give beyond monetary gifts, enabling groups to incorporate sharing their skills, knowledge, time and other resources in walking alongside people in need.
