Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Three Year Goals:

#1 Increase number of nonprofits served from 1,200 to 18,000 by simulcasting twelve NDI conference events in fifteen cities to 180 locations annually. #2 Support 320 major donors, foundations and corporations providing their grantees NDI's Major Gifts Ramp-Up Sustainability Program. #3 Administer quarterly executive track think-tank "Re-Imagination Tour" conference events for CEOs overseeing nonprofits with budgets of $10,000,000 plus. #4 Use NDI's Publishing House to print 15,000 copies of the book Major Gifts Ramp-Up (400 page hard cover) launching it as a New York Times Best Seller. #5 Increase the number of Certified Nonprofit Consultants from 130 to 3000 cultivating prospects through increased attendance at NDI Events. #6 Perform three statistical studies with Clemson University researching board of director function, effectiveness of feasibility studies, and the impact of consultants on nonprofit management. #7 Issue NDI's Preferred Nonprofit Service Provider (Seal of Approval) to qualified vendors in each category of services or products purchased by nonprofits. #8 Connect 500,000 private, public and nonprofit leaders with one another using a Gamified Social Media Networking Platform who will build business ecosystems that exponentially advance civil society.

Three Year Strategies:

Secure major gift funding, corporate sponsorships & foundation gifts to:

#1 Underwrite simulcast technology for monthly conference events in the amount of $180,000 annually
#2 Underwrite program costs & program director's salary to administer MGRU Sustainability Program in the amount of $190,000
#3 Underwrite four executive track Re-Imagination Tour events in the amount of $200,000 annually
#4 Underwrite the purchase of 15,000 copies of Major Gifts Ramp-Up in the amount of $100,000
#5 Underwrite coding expenses and technical director's salary for social media networking platform in the amount of $330,000

The hard work has already been done. Seven of these eight initiatives have been launched and are in the nonprofit market serving the charitable sector. Program creation, platform implementation, end-user testing, and customer service design is complete. Seasoned administrators have joined the team. Funders have been identified and are inspired. It's now time to massively connect these products & services with nonprofits who, with NDI's help, will reach new heights of effectiveness.
